Hello, i wanna ask about crystal payment,
I've brought the 500 crystals package,

and this is my char's iventory, thereis no crystals here..



please fix this soon, i've already paid.

If it is your first time cashing then it can take up to 24 hours for your crystals to hit your account. It has to do with verification of your credit card, or payment method.
Now if after 24 hours you do not receive your crystals, then you need to file a ticket here: http://tickets.r2games.com/ and let the GMs know about the issue, include the screen shots that you have posted here as proof. They will fix it for you.
