Filter Dodging

I have no idea what they were speaking about but there has been someone that has been filter dodging every time I see him speak in world and trade chat. I know there are kids as young as ten that play this game and I do not think that it is appropriate for this player to behave in such a manner, no matter what they are arguing about.
