Cant log in...pls advice

i've been log in for more than 1hr but fail...after log in my id it's stop running fr 0%
is S11 having problems??

Clean out cache, refresh browser/ change browser, run anti virus, anti spyware, anti malware and restart pc. One of those all should do the trick for ya.
