My VIP paid on the 8th of this month and still has not gone through, I keep getting invalid login every single time I try to find the ticket. I think the support ticket system is broken. I am wondering if I am going to be compensated for the days I haven't had the paid VIP. The ticket number is 28381 and I play on Hellfire server (S63) .
