I have bein do it to get MC it say's that after 5th or 10th completions i can have a chance to get a MC but i never get 1 even when i finish all 20 trys so i'm just wondering is this something i should send a support ticked for

It is chance, and is a very low chance too. It was just your luck that wasn't enough to get the MC, there is no bug with this.
