    r2 im sorry but your support people are no help at all as soon as i tell them my characters name and stuff they stop talking to me all im askin for is help getting my character back i think i know wat the problem is but nobodies helping me besides blazing angel but thats not even his job really its the freakin supports job will somebody help me already.

    Can you please provide your ticket number and an explanation of what your issue is? Sometimes it just takes a little extra explaining is all, and we are here to help you with that.

      which ticket number i have tried posting several times the most recent one is 30743 and my character name is zq_smexylolz please for the love of god help me get her back i have spent so much time and money on her

            One ticket is enough, so that's the only ticket I want you to use from now on for this issue, please. It will make things easier for all of us.

            Before the merger, did you visit Kevin and fill out the form for the Universe Transport? Did you use a fresh and clean email address that's never been used anywhere for an R2Games account? Did you log in with the email you assigned the character to when you filled out the universe transport form?

              memorylane is the most helpful moderator in all of r2. however she does need some time as stated above, be patient, youre in good hands.
