Website Instability
We are aware of the issue with the website being unstable. The issue is currently being worked on. We thank you for your patience in the meantime.
Since my last thread was either deleted, or moved, it cannot be found now. So I am hoping for someone to reply back regarding my support ticket #35651.
I understand that, and I've replied back, as I am unsure on what they are talking about. I am curious to know which payment was "charged back", and how much it is. I am also unsure on how much reversal fees are. I am hoping for a another response.
Please be patient while waiting for a reply to your ticket. If you don't have a reply in 24 hours, then ask us for help. We can't push tickets every time you reply to them.
It has been more than 24 hours since a last reply from someone on my ticket. Any chance on figuring out what's up? I'd like to get this issue resolved, but the question keeps getting side stepped.
