did'nt receive my crystal yet :(

hello there..i just recharge my account 1000crystal while ago around 5mins from now but i did'nt receive my crystal yet i use to purchase crystal but not getting long like this pls help!!

If it is the first time that you have recharged on this account then it will take 24 hours for your to receive your crystals.

If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?
