in other game companies they at least recover and even extend the usage hour of vip and timed items based on how long players can not log in.

did r2 even do something like that?

Well Nephentor was down for an full day once and they came up with pack called Mea Culpa or something like that, but it was a really bad pack, it didn't compensate even one hour down much less 24 hours

It just means "I'm Sorry"....not a perfect translation, but then again, what about CS is perfect?
