An error occured?

I've just attempted to file a ticket, but when I have completed the fields applicable, and attempt to file, it loads a page with "An error occurred".

I have tried a couple of times now, only to come to "an error occurred". If a screenshot is required of the fields to be filled, I am willing to send, rather than post it here.

Go ahead and shoot me a PM with the issue that you are attempting to report through the ticket system. I will see what I can do.
