New IoB Packs

1. Keep the old packs how they were but remove some of the features like Heroic Wing(bound), Earth Soul Orb, to be replace with something else.
2. Add the current existing NEW items to the old packs rather than remove the new items completely and the old packs..
3. Please announce such drastic change like this in advance before it even happens.
4. We will be happy if that is implement.

Replace the HW with FRC and some ppl still need ESO on new servers...so it wouldn't b fair to them >,,>

We will have an Economy collapse. There will be no economy at ALL in the servers. Nothing to trade for items of value besides DC's which many will not do. Thus, bringing a rampage into the players at the moment. Making ALL items impossible to get or run to the FATE SHOP.\


Edit: Or even better, which i don't think anyone has posted this. Make each player choose what pack the want to gain from a selection npc?

I was actually thinking about cashing a little in a few weeks to catch up on tenets but because of this nonsense with iob i just want to quit on the spot -_-
I was too lazy to get on a bunch of alts for iob in the first place... with unbound ew i could buy them off of other players but now there is no way.

i personaly agree with making everything bound, it stops bots and also the people who are abusing iob using 10-20 alts, imo u shouldnt be allowed more than 2 alts

Its a bit irritating that this update changed an event that was working well rather than correct some of the bugged events (Void for example). An effort to correct something that wasn't working properly should have been a priority over changing IOB pack contents.

Let's be honest, servers have never been the same, they will always be different and R2 never ever keeps the same game (which I do find annoying). Also, pretty much every server after S66 got trashed due to tenets, so there is really no point in joining a new one.

Cashers indeed are rare and I know what you mean. I honestly believe there are 0 cashers in my server, not even kidding. Last time I saw a shop item for sale was a loong time ago.

Regardless of whether wings are good or bad I believe you can get them with out IOB .

Sure it can be done without IOB However being a GMT time I don't stay up late enough to join in with events such as guessing game which is where I originally got all mine ^^,... which puts a kinda damper... I hope they do keep the new items in the iob packs but also bringing the frc and unbound ew too.. even if it costs more rain stones.. atleast it'll still be an option)) (Not to be rude to your point)

Removing tradeable frcs and mount orbs for upgrading was a terrible idea
not only are the new items bound, it also takes a couple hundred for an upgrade (according to people I know who have upgraded)
The old items were much better and the new ones should have been put into the blue packs and possibly moved up a tier
now there are no free sources of frcs other than dragon spinning but a free player cant achieve that number in a reasonable play time
then theres the bound ews
Yes, less incentive for alt abuse but where else can you get a supply of ews other than events?
Most sources of ews are bound or event based only so this was the only event where you could get a reasonable supply for upgrading.
Do I need to stress how many ews it takes to get all the demon lord wing upgrades?

2379 basic demon wings
3640 for extreme demond wings
4979 for all the ulti demon wing upgrades
total 10998 for all the demon wing upgrades

Although I finally got my wings, how the hell are players suppose to get ews now?
And don't forget the sps. This event gave a wonderful supply for a free player to eventually get but now they cant either.

iob was a wonder event for the free players but now you've made many cash systems virtually exclusive again

I understand why you see the purple packs as trashy. I'm on s49 and also have all my upgrades to the point of the iob packs being useless for me. however I use the items from the packs as a means of currency. To trade with the players that aren't as fortunate to have them, for items I DO want..
I moved to s69. Now if r2 are making new servers.. they should keep to the game play as it was. If they didn't make new servers then I wouldn't care much for this change. However we all know what r2 are like, and they love to merge us straight away. Which I don't care for usually. But I will care when other servers all have their maked EW and fused frags and I and many others never had the chance too..

I also got my wings without iob. However I had the advantage of being a cashing and playing 24 7 trading with other cashers. Cashers are a rarity these days. It doesn't happen and I wouldn't expect other players to want to cash it either. Others should not benefit while others are pushed to a side. If they wanted it bound, it should've been done from the beginning. Not taking candy from a baby. We forget we all played when EW was constant supply and the servers were packed, we don't have that anymore, so we rely on alt power to push us further.

Also I get the comments from other people 'wings aren't power anyway' sure. But each to their own. and if I want my wings. I'm going to get them. As are other people.
