is trading accounts, and having people pilot your acc illegal? and can we make some code you have to copy when making a character like when you make an account on R2, like O2F4r6Sq9 or something and it randomizes it, since bots cant type

Account sharing is against the TOS. You cannot buy or sell accounts, give your account away, or allow someone to pilot your character.
The best way to handle this situation is to change your password often, and do not share your account information with anyone.
If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?
