Can your character be move to another account?

So basically I have two character. 1 on S60 and 1 on S68 and since those server have been merge. now I cant play on both toon at the same time anymore..so the question is....Is there a way to move my too across to another account so I can play them side by side again....or is there a way to do it without moving it across?
