If it was your first time recharging and you didnt get the pack, then please go here: http://support.r2games.com/ and file a ticket explaining the situation.
If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions? -
When I recharged it took them a day to end up sending it.
