help me with lvl 122 mission plz anyone

hello i currently have a mission call treat the injured main i am lvl 122 and it tells me to bring wild life bandage to evil killer in bloody maplewoods. I cant figure out how to get the bandage doesnt say at all. Plz any clue ?

Perhaps a screenie of the quest would help give us something to work off of? Though my ballpark guess would most likely be from elites.

Could be a quest item drop from mob, which in some cases takes awhile to drop. I would consider quitting the quest and add the quest again to see any noticeable change.
