Did you correctly transfer your toon via the NPC Kevin before the merge date? If so, please make sure you are logging in through our direct link (http://cs.r2games.com). Then proceed to make sure you are attempting to access your toon through the correct server (S25). If you've done these things and still cannot access your toon, please file a ticket (http://support.r2games.com/) and briefly describe the issue to the support staff.
