the event says "who have reached level 60 and up can claim the bonus.... im "SCION" lvl 47 and why can't i claim that perks?

hi r2... here this event again. im currently scion 47 and the event says that "who have reached the certain level can have those perks" why m i not able to get them as i am scion and have "reached" that certain requirements of yours?

Doesn't matter if you're scion eidolon what not, you're still under lvl 60 and can't claim until you're at the required lvl. Lame, but that's how it works.Hallo!

alright. i have disputed this in the past and got my reward for my other toon. if it is said to have it means you got there whether not that lvl60 but you RB.. re this who still doesnt understand what the said is, reply no more. intellectual challenges might occur to those.Comment

You have to CURRENTLY be above the level required for the rewards.
