hp buff bug and cant link npc

hp buffs on legends of vidalia is on even if you leave starglade... is it a bug? another thing is i cant link npc's... linking npc's is actually useful when running through psychodelica dungeon.. can this be fixed? thanx

Linking NPCs was actually disabled due to players using coding to cheat during Crypt, as reported. As for the buff, I wouldn't complain about the boost, but sure, I'll report it.
