so i did and then i was told

Please set up the toon and we will be sending you back your character level, the pets you had but all would be at level 1, your equipment but not the level of enchantment, your mount but at level 1, 2 sets of your clothes(choose 2 from those you have listed). And we will be giving you 6 months VIP benefit. Please report back if you have set the character and then send us the character name so we could proceed.

but they have not done half of what they said they would do and i got an email today saying

and all i have got was some of my pets and my sperion and that is all. Soo what am i to do now ?????????

If I think about this right, R2Games bought everything CS related from UGames. That means they bought the transfer problems as well, so they should deal with this. And I do not mean deal with it a little as is happening right now. You should get the following restored to not be screwed over.

- Your soul. Or atleast the majority of it.
- Your tenets. I happen to know you had up to Demon level 8 tenets. This costs a bunch of money.
- Your mounts. This also, requires a bunch of time and hard work.
- Your weapon. Also requires a ton of work, and it would just be trown away if she'd be to start over again.
- Pets. Same reason as a lot of the above.
- Beast Soul. This can also takes months of farming just to reach Seiryu level, or a bunch of money spend.

This is everything I can come up with on the top of my head.
I really hope there's someone in the mod/admin team who can do something with this. Because it would be unfair for DarkStar to not get her hard earned money back into what she spend it for originally. 3 years of hard work just can't dissapear. Neither can the money spend into it.

Firstly, R2 didn't "buy" Ugame. If the merge was like other site merges, Ugame's platform was shutting down and R2 was kind enough to more or less adopt Ugame players. Otherwise, all of Ugame players' toons would have been dumped and left to start from scratch. So (insertyearsspentplayinghereandcash) could very well have disappeared if we had not made the decision to accept Ugame players into our platform.

Reverting back to the original problem, we are sorry for your troubles, but you will need to consult the GMs about this via ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. If you provide your ticket number, we can forward your case, but toon restoration is out of a moderator's jurisdiction -- we do not have the power or resources to do so, only the GMs. As frustrating as it may be to go back and forth through the ticket system, there lies the only chance of resolving this issue. We can however pass along your case number if it's not being responded to in a timely manner.

I also forgot to mentoin the following items:

- Wings. Time and money intensive.
- Equipment. Most of all, work intensive.
- (Heraldry if worked on)
- Same case with monster handbook.

That should be it, but I could've very well forgot something.
