Ok I didn,t think it was possible but I have seen at least 4 Scions that are under level 75 with Sperions. How do they do it when you can not enter Heavenly Island?

If scions happen to achieve the Fallen Angel rebirth quest, there will be an option for players below level 75 to enter Heavenly Isle via NPC in Tyria. It is through the Fallen Angel quest that lower level scions gain access to the area where Sperion quests must be done. Actually there is 1 other option- if they are married to a 75+ toon they can have their spouse go to heavenly isles, then use their marriage teleport ring to get there.Comment
