At the top of my head, you can obtain one bound egg by answering all 25 questions correctly during Quiz, through the Quartermaster Token Exchange (20 tokens for one bound egg), Black Dragon Hunt (5 eggs if you're lucky enough to land on it), and I believe placing 3rd for Survival of the Fittest's will also give you medals that you can exchange for a FL egg.
