I sugessted this game to my friend. he started playing and then the next day they are not accepting the password. even after reseting the password they r not accepting password

You should ask your friend if he is using the same method of logging in as he did when he signed up. Then ask your friend if he is positive he's using the proper username to log in (the user name is not the character name unless the character was named the same after creating the account, if he activated the email, he needs to log in with the email, if he logged in using facebook then he needs to use his facebook email address, etc).
