So i bought a 15$ Ultimate Game Card to buy 1-month VIP and 5$ worth of Crystals
I already bought my VIP, but when i tried to buy the 5$ Crystals it says the card has already been redeemed.... not fair

You cannot use the same code twice. The remaining balance from your first transaction has been converted into UltimatePoints -- in order to use these points, you will need to login to your UltimatePay account as displayed in the righthand corner next to "Choose Language." Upon successful login, a pop-up will appear giving you the option to use the remaining balance.
