Is anyone else Lagging?

I've been lagging since yesterday and haven't a clue why when I've never had this issue so far. I can't get it to stop. Has anyone else had this issue since yesterday? Is there a solution?

same Issue for me.. I never expierence lag .. but am now.. I ran my spyware and antivirus to check my puter.. no issues with anything other than CS
