    I believe there may be an issue with tickets as I have filed 3 tickets and have failed to get a response in the last 3-4 days.

    I'm hoping it's a technical issue and not a GM being lazy issue.

    Ticket numbers are:

    #908200
    #824581

    Would a GM be so kind as to follow up my tickets?
