Regarding First Recharge

i recharge for VIP but i didn't get the first recharge bonus. any help on this?(i got only the vip bonus)

Subscribing to VIP does not qualify as a first recharge, so you will not receive the First Payment Bonus Pack. In order to receive this pack, you will need to recharge crystals.
