Long story short (sorta): Bought VIP. 800xtals went through. Bought 2,000 xtals. Those went through.
Now, when I try to make a purchase through my paypal, it says that Playspan is cancelling it. Is it because the account is making purchases for the first time? How long do I have to wait before the "first time buyer restriction" is lifted?
