ok my hp without BH 5 is 82k but when i use the buff it only goes to 90k when it is 25% + 500 why is that?

Because the 25% that it gives is off of your BASE HP. Meaning your HP without gears, without any other buffs, without any extras. It is 25% of your BASE stat. That is why you are seeing this as being strange.
If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?
