  • Tickets not working

    I have a pressing matter in which i would like to report via a ticket, which the contents of which i do not and have not revealed and would prefer to send it strait to the ticket team. Please fix this fast. Thanks

    I managed to find annother way of pressing 'New ticket' from an older page to find that the ticket office is closed

    Thread moved to General Support.

    Currently, there's a directing issue with IP addresses from the US, UK, and a couple other locations, hence why you were unable to file a ticket from the get-go. We are aware of this issue and it is currently being looked into. Considering that it is the weekend, there's a good chance it will not be fixed till Monday -- this goes for ticket responses as well.
