Not getting my crystals

I recently bought some crystals over an hour or so ago and I've yet to receive any, What should I do?

If this was your first purchase, it may take up to 24 hours for your goods to be delivered. Also make sure that your transaction was successfully completed -- you can do so my accessing the My R2 section of your account and then viewing your Order History. If this was not your first transaction (or it was and it's been over 24 hours), file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Include your order number and the GMs will check on the status of your purchase.
