I'm stuck in a loading screen, I've tried relogging a few times but it doesn't help, it just goes up to 83% and then the kb/s slowly drops to 0, please help

There are a few things you can try to see if it resolved your loading issue: clearing your browser history, cache, and temporary files, using different browsers, closing any unnecessary windows/tabs, restarting your device/router, using wired connection instead of wifi, using a proxy, and/or manually changing your DNS/IP address. -
