Hi,
I just happen to Encounter this problem,
i was playing CS and a power outage happen and that turned off my computer unit,
an hour passed and the power is back,
and this is where the problem occur
when i tried logging in to CS its perfectly fine but when it reaches to the character screen that the time this message will show
I cleared all the browser history, cache and cookies and other stuff ----- btw im using firefox, and i also tried 3 different browser like chrome , IE and safari but still the problem remains,
Please do help me
and btw i can't also send a ticket because i can't choose a character
and that account name is valid cause if not this will pop-out
