About crytal buying

hello !
I post here because i can't submit a ticket to the support center. It says something like "Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again!"
I tried and tried again. I never succeeded.
Here is my problem :
I've bought some crystals and even tough (in my R2) the payment has been approuved and completed, i never receive any crystal and goods.
Any game master or moderator here to help me solving the problem ? PLEASE !
Three days that i'm waiting for those d... crystals and... still nothing.
What can I do ? It gets on my nerves and makes me mad.

If you were trying to include that screenshot, it's too large to be sent in the ticket. You'll need to crop it down and make it smaller, or just include the Order Number, amount, and status in the ticket. They can look it up from there.

Please try sending the ticket again.
