Was it your first purchase? If so, it may take up to 24 hours for your goods to be delivered to your toon. Also, please make sure your transaction was completed successfully - you can check so by visiting the My R2 section of your account, and then viewing your Order History. If your purchase was successful and it was not your first purchase (or it was and it's been over 24 hours), please file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com.
