If it was the first transaction, it will take up to 24 hours to be fully processed. Also make sure the transaction was successful - you can confirm so by accessing the My R2 section of your account and viewing your Order History. If your transaction was completed and was not your first recharge (or was and it's been over 24 hours), file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Provide your order number and the GMs will look over your transaction and forward your items if necessary.

P.S. I'm not sure what you meant by your boyfriend recharging your account, but let me just say that having another player access your account is against ToS.

I would presume that is fine, as you didn't clearly state what you meant when posting another individual accessed your account. Steering back to your issue with the crystals, please re-read my post and follow its instructions should you meet certain said criteria.

Question To Reverie:

I know most of the time, we give our time to the games that give us joy, fun and entertainment. Also, we log in when/where we can at our capabilities. Most of the real life activities will hinder you from playing the game anymore.
No one likes to be drawn backward and having it be that you need to go somewhere without the game. Asking your closest friend to help you while you're away, is it still against the TOS?

Accessing any account that is not your own is against ToS, whether it be your closest friend or whatnot. This is a liability issue and the rule exists to [hopefully] protect players from any mishaps, as pilots cannot always be trusted.
