S1 Vidalia Revival server?

So, I have been playing the Vidalia Server for a few weeks now, and today I run across this website. I want to know if that server is a private server.

Oh wow.. Was just thinking about making a fresh start as a different class if a new company releases Crystal Saga, because R2 just refuses to fix their mistakes. Thank you very much for bringing this into my attention heh.
