can i ask what time Gm will post about the winners of Legends of Vidalia in s83? its already 5/29 in the server.

It is extremely rare that LoV winners are listed on the forum, so I wouldn't expect an official thread. Ranked winners will however receive their rewards shortly after the event comes to a close.
