CrystalSaga™: New Dawn, New Day, New Changes (03/12/2012)
Hi to all on the server Floran Everglades! PrincessJJ71 here again!
Okay, so some weird things have recently been happening in my guild, i.e. people not being as active as usual, which is really strange, some ppl aren't giving contribution (even MORE strange), and some ppl had alts in the guild. Yep you heard me, ALTS! I was losing control. I didn't know what to do, and I wouldn't have known if it weren't for good ol' Abysmal. He suggested it's time the guild had some changes so thats how it started.
We firstly agreed on that if we need to get more active members...
...and that's exactly what happened. The alts were given 'le boot'. Then came the guild positions. God, this was hard to solve! Abysmal and I decided to give the higher positions to those who we feel deserve it (anyone from our guild, and feel they deserver a higher position, plz let me or Abysmal know and we'll see what we can do). We are still making more changes to the guild, and we'll keep you updated when new changes are in play.
