I think you would get angry too if you have lost your main char after migration. To file a ticket is nice but they won't get you your char back if it is gone... Allowed to be angry? Yes.

We have logged in and out several times, some of our guild mates have all their chars transferred, others have only the first char, and for some of those, their first toon is NOT their main. We have deleted the cache, used different browsers, etc. pp.

As a game developer myself, I know the tweaks to try before contacting the support, and we went through them, all of the players that are affected. From my side, they have 1-2 more days to at least reply, and if they are technically unable to get the chars back, to me that would be a reason to leave immediately, and the same goes for all of those that have been negatively affected.
