Morph Bear Cub not gaining exp???

HELLO GM can you help me, my morph bear cub is not gaining exp anymore its stop to lvl56 even i used all x2 pet exp hes not gaining exp. hope you could help me

Are you Lv. 51?
Your Pet will usually stop leveling once it's reached 99.99% EXP if you are within the 5 level gap.
Once you level again, your pet will level again.
