Cant log in for 10hrs what happened r2???

we cant log in for 2 days in a row, what happened R2? its like quitting game were so upset and disappointed about what happen...
hope u can give us compensation. 2 stocks SS, 1 stocks GMUT, 1 stocks MC.. 10,000 honor points...
