How do i get my character back cause i made in alt when server nepenthor was gona merge with s33 kraken beach and my main character was supposed to be where my alt was i hope you guys can help

Toon retrieval/restoration would have to go through support ticket-filing. Be warned, it's a long process that will require a lot of waiting around, that is IF your toon request goes through.

I tried filing tickets but they said your character is saved on kabam but kabam didnt do nothing
