we r haveing trouble trying to give u r info to come here it tells us it is all ready in use and if u get passed that it wants us to make a new toon we dont want a new toon please help.

CS Server Merge Scheduled for Tuesday, April 29th @ 22:00 EDT

A server merge with Ugamehome and R2Games servers is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29th beginning at 22:00 EDT / 19:00 PDT / 03:00 on April 30th GMT / 10:00 on April 30th GMT+8. These servers will be down for approximately 6 hrs to allow for adequate testing, but could be shorter. The servers to be merged are:

Server [S25, S28, S30, S31, S34, S38, S43, S46, S47, S51] for R2Games will merge with servers U1 and U2 for Ugamehome. U1, U2 Servers players will be able to access their characters on Server S25 after the merge is complete.

Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates or changes.

After the merge the following things will happen:

• Each character from R2Games servers will still have a S# marker added to the front of their name. For example, (S25)RoryWilliams on Plethurian Plains will still be (S25)RoryWillaims.
• Each character from Ugamehome servers will have a U# marker added to the front of their name. For example, ClaraOswald from server U1 will be (U1)ClaraOswald.
• All characters will be preserved, even if you have more than 3 characters between the servers.
• All character data will be preserved (including items, skills, pets, stats, mounts, wings, Crystal, Gold, Honor, PK rating, Nobility and VIP statuses).
• Guild membership, friends and black listed players will be preserved.
• Current quest progress will be preserved.
• Any items in your temporary inventory will remain; any items currently in a shop will be moved to your inventory.
• Dungeon attempts will be maintained.

The following things will CHANGE:

• All data related to the Guild Showdown will be removed. Guild Showdown will restart at the normal time after the merge.
• All rankings will be recalculated.

If this merge is like other site merges, there should be an NPC located in Starglade where you will sign-up for the transfer. You can refer to our previous site-merge post:

You will need to register the characters you wish to transfer with Kevin in Starglade. Kevin is a nice guy ready to help you transfer over, when you talk to Kevin he will give you the following options:

Select The Universe Transponder to have your character data saved. Or Leave if you don't want to bother saving this character. Upon selecting The Universe Transponder a pop up window will open and you will get this screen if its your first character transfer for the account you are on:

WARNING!!! If you are using Chrome or have a Pop-up blocker, this window will be blocked. Be sure to disable any Pop-up blockers before talking to Kevin.

Additonal warning!!! If you already have an account at R2Games, be sure to enter in a different email address than the one you are already using for your account at R2Games. Also, if you are transferring over characters from multiple accounts, each account will need a different email address.

If this is the second or third character you are transferring, you'll get this instead showing that you've already created an account at R2Games for your character to transfer to:
