i want to play this game again but there's an missing char and how to find my server, please help me thanks

First make sure you are using the correct account as well as accessing the original server of which your toon was created on. If you do not remember your server, you will simply have to go through them in search of your toon. There are terms for automatic account deletion, as depicted here: http://cs.r2games.com/game/accountdelete. If your toon did not fall under said terms, there's a good chance you (or a pilot if you had one - of which is against our ToS) deleted the character during your leave, both of which we are not responsible for.
