the one thing the new server group needs to know, is we have been working at this from the beginning of IOB, we have done EVERY possible scenario, and this one works the BEST. the day u get B, u say oh well and either leave or maybe stay and after A finish attempt to get 1-2 yellows, and yes there are time when u get Stuck in B every day seems like forever, but it doesnt just happen to u, happens to everyone. Then the day comes when u get thrown in A, and most the time at that point it breaks the slump. Having Zone A as the set winner zone, makes sure everyone gets treated fair and equal.

Like i was trying in the server is to find a solution... don't worry.. i have putted myself with the majority, and as my ig husband said, he will agree with the decission of the poll.

Rundown of options:

Opt1: Most efficient for everyone unless all the OP ppl are on the same team (will be explained lower).
Opt2: Same as option 1 just with more chances to mess up + issues added with rollbacks. All in all it's the same as 1 just more drama-friendly.
Opt3: Hate-inducing and PVP-friendly option.

Efficiency analysis:
Basicaly all we are talking about here is if you want to get most blue and a few gold packs (possibly) every day or if you want to get maximum possible rewards every other day (long term average).

Opt1: 0.5 max rewards per day (old server group was getting 4 yellow, 4 purple a day or 3 yellow 5 purple depending on the speed of collectors).

Opt2: same as opt 1, see the definition for differences

Opt3: There are 2 possible scenarios:
1) All the OP ppl are on one team - statistically improbable. If this happens the team might get max packs on that day. However, most days (surely more than 1/2 of the days - number needed to surpass option 1) this won't be the case.
2) Teams are evenly matched: In this case each team will get the 1-2 yellow packs (this is an estimate as I have never seen it in practice)

Final remarks:
Ask yourself this: Do you want to get as much reward as possible? If yes opt1 is the way to go. If you want to PVP and dont care about the rewards go for opt3. From my point of view there is absolutely NO reason to vote for opt2.
