Guilds

I thought it'd be a nice idea to have unactive guilds erased from the guild list. Older servers have a great amount of those (especially merged servers), and it's hard for people to find the active ones. While I'm not sure how that'll work with abandoned higher level guilds, it can work on lvl 3 (4 and 5 maybe) and below guilds with guildmasters inactive for over 3 months (like the automatic account deletion) and guilds with no contribution.

Defining an "inactive" guild is much too subject for an implementation like this. Conditions surrounding inactivity varies from one character to the next, as it definitely would to guilds. For example, we can't be sure if the "inactive" guild is actually inactive. There could be players in the guild who aren't so popularized.

Players do quit from CS, but they also take breaks and hiatuses for personal real-life reasons -- they may or may not return, but we cannot be absolutely sure of this. It would be unfortunate and unfair if a player returned from a break to find out that their guild was removed.

I feel like it would be fair just for level one guilds not gaining any contribution points for atleast 2 months since level 1 guilds are easily replaced. Anything beyond that is just as Rev said a little unfair for those who take breaks.
