Tele Scrolls

The unbound Town Portal Scrolls may be used in delivery however the bound ones cant? Please do consider allowing the bound tele scrolls to be usable in delivery to make game-play easier xD since I personally only use coupons for tele scrolls, not sliver so its very inconveint to ran across the whole map :P
