It only took me 200 to get my Superior VII to +13... and my wifes only took 100 or so? O.o

The GMs listened to all player suggestions and changed the fraggle system based on those suggestions. One complaint was the enchant success rate- which was ridiculously low. To satisfy that complaint, they made it so dragon crystals could be used, would start at 100% success and go down from there. Then, intuitively, made it so dragon crystals drop in dungeons. On top of that, you save a lot of gold by the GMs lowering the amount of mats needed to make a frag shard. And then- they introduced the gem exchange, making it so you can pretty much use any gem you want to for shards.

The system how it is works fine, if a little too much on the easy side. It's super easy to get all the mats required to make the sword. To make it so fails don't degrade enchantment levels... well they might as well just sell the maxed out weapon in the cash shop, cause it would be THAT easy to get.

For no reason should enchanting be so easy that all you have to do is spam the button and eventually it'll get to +13. Even dusts at less than 10% success rates succeed once in a while. Not to mention, with how the enchant system works, changing it for just one weapon might not even be possible.

i do SR NM daily and the DC is so rare still, im lucky if i get 1 per 5 runs

and i know its easy to make frag shards now, that aint the problem, but it really kicks you in the ballz to see 4 DCs get lost and also lose an enchantment lvl you previously spent another 4 DCs on.
Those things even if they drop in the dungeon are still so rare >_<

LOL idk what kind of games you play....but 99% of games out there enchant this way >.> hell some games even offer enchant protection where if it fails you don't lose your gear and if it fails you don't lose an enchant level...and games like these thrive just fine if not more fine than this game. not saying the item makes all the difference...but i'm simply saying its a game...you click ****. enchant was and will always be you click and eventually reach max level. Oh and changing it for one weapon would be possible. orange slayer weaps actually have slightly lower success rates than purple slayers...which IS individuality in enchanting.

now that my rant is over, hugo...most i can say for you is throw on a drop token or make it to at least superior frag I by level 80...and go mass murder in pyschodelica. that dungeon has the most bosses and most days i get around 8 DC there when i do all 8 runs as a vip. idk if drop tokens really affect the appearance rate of the DC, but its worth a try. the past 2 days have all been dry runs for me when it comes to dragon xtal...but at least i have enough left to reach superior IV thanks to that old clover event. my best suggestion for money to buy DC off players is to sell some wings. even at 40s each you will make some money. otherwise wait for championships to end...most people have a few alts level 30+ and since idk anything about basketball...i made half my toons vote for one team, half for the other. lets also not forget...once we get finals prizes DC prices will most likely drop again since everyone will have a bunch, most people do have a few alts...it'll be an optimal time to buy.

almost forgot...if anyone really wants to get the most out of their dragon xtals...use regular enchants to +4. it'll be a pain on the wallet...but at least you will use the least amount of dragon xtals when upgrading.

Psycho nm drops the most DC, forget about relic and KD, you can do those 2 if you have spare time. Just get to lvl 80 quick, and hopefully your equipment and stats will support you in psycho nm.

I'm getting an average of 6-8 DC from 8x relic + 8x psycho , haven't really got the time to do KD because of the leveling.

and i already sell all my wings for 50s each (yes they always sell out, wings should never value below 50s ever)

I'm only at earthen IV, and so far it's been "easy". I'm just dreading the 3 fragarach shards for the next level lol. I haven't had any trouble enchanting with just magic dust (the cost per enchant attempt is a bit...ugh) but so far it's been ok. Not great, but not "oh god shoot me now" terrible.
