Is there a way to switch servers?

With the coming of new servers and everything, it seems mine is fairly dead now. It was fine when everything started, but now it seems everyone has quit and now theres only 1 scion on the server and 2 level 80s.

I spent alot of money on my character already and don't want to start from scratch, so is there anyway to transfer servers? Or pay to do so? I don't want to play this game on my dead server anymore, and if I can't switch I guess I'll stop spending money and stop playing, go to Diablo 3 or something lol.
