NPC Rebirth Quest

My idea is an NPC to be made to teleport Rebirthers to World Boss Fallen Angel and Tryia Village. At the Tree of Life the Guard could have an choice asking if its for the quest and it sends the person to the area. Have the teleport on a 1hr time limit since the World Boss shows up at random times. For the Starglade Teleporter and Tree of Life Teleport should be have the choice to be teleported to Tryia Village.

The Goddess of Fate in Tyria already teleports you to Fallen Angel if you got the quest.
So all we need are 2 things:

#1: A teleporter from Starglade to Tyria Village
#2: The Goddess of Fate needs an option to teleport us to Starglade.

I'm still using my central starglade maps to easily teleport from tyria village to sg but they will run out at some point ><
